LIBRERIDE · PLATFORM POLICIES
Zero tolerance for impaired driving
Policy
Drivers must not use drugs or alcohol while online or providing rides, or drive while impaired. Do not go online if a substance or medication makes driving unsafe. Riders should not enter or remain in a vehicle when they believe it is unsafe.
Immediate safety
For immediate danger, move to a safe place if possible and call 911. Do not confront an impaired driver or wait for a support reply in an emergency. This website and support inbox are not emergency dispatch services.
Report suspected impairment
Use safety support, in-app Help, or email support@libreride.com. Say that the concern involves suspected driver impairment. Include the trip reference, date, time, and what you observed. Share only evidence you can obtain safely.
Reporting and investigation
On a rider complaint alleging a violation, acceptance of ride requests must be suspended as soon as possible and remain suspended throughout the investigation. The review should consider the report and available records, hear relevant responses, and document its outcome.
Further information
Reply with the original report reference for follow-up. Report honestly; do not retaliate against someone for raising a concern. Do not publish another person’s private information. Privacy and safety may limit the details shared with others.
