LibreRide is currently preparing and testing through an invited Miami beta. General public rides and public app-store downloads are not available yet. Email support@libreride.com to ask about participation.
How do I install the beta app?
Invited participants receive installation instructions directly from LibreRide. Use the instructions for your device and assigned beta build. Contact support if you need a new invitation or installation help.
How does destination mode work?
Destination mode favors trips ending closer to your chosen destination for up to one hour. It may reduce the number of requests you receive and does not guarantee a route or arrival time. Drivers can turn it off while online.
Are safety scores available?
The driver overview shows available trip and mileage information. Numerical driving scores remain unavailable until validation and policy approval are complete. Recording controls and further details are in Safety settings.
Are payments live during the beta?
The current invited beta uses sandbox testing. Public paid rides and live payment processing are not enabled. Any future pricing or driver plan terms will be shown before enrollment.
How do I get help?
Use Help in the app or email support@libreride.com. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911.
